**What success looks like in this role**:
Successfully build Awareness of and demand for Unisys' unique capabilities and market differentiation within the CP installed base through:
- Development of a comprehensive set of Managed Services offerings to meet the unique needs of our installed base
- Frequent briefings and reviews with analyst/advisor contacts and clients
- Support of research responses, such as Gartner MQ, ISG Provider Lens etc
- Effective RFP deliverables that meet all client requirements while providing a creative and compelling solution.
- Compelling RFI responses leading to more down-select for RFPs
- Well received, Interactive client workshops resulting in client deal shaping to improve Unisys’ position
- Creative bid strategy development with sales and architect teams
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Progressive experience within a managed services business
- Average 12+ years of professional service experience managing a service line.
- University degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Active participation in professional associations, industry roundtables, etc.
Key Metrics
- Responsible for driving 10% growth in PSS Managed Services year over year
- Develops comprehensive managed services portfolio of offerings in line with understanding of client demand by region
- Manages campaigns in the field for this portfolio working with GTM team and presales
