Because we do a great job of this, we’re growing and are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated **Sales Assistant/Client Relationship Assistant** to join our remote team
- **Who you are**_
- We are looking for someone in a similar role but looking for a home-based/remote opportunity and comfortable working Eastern standard business hours, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST. _
- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive by nature
- Able to predict and resolve potential issues before they arise
- Comfortable calling clients to garner respect and prompt responses
- Skilled at gently commanding calls and encouraging decision-making
- Pleasant and have a likable personality
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Managerial Science, or Finance
- 3+ years of inbound sales experience, preferably in a CPA or financial advisory firm
- Proficiency in US tax forms and principles, or an understanding thereof
- Strong sales acumen and client management skills

To succeed in this role, you must be someone who enjoys doing all of the essential tasks:
- Convert inbound leads into clients, focusing on US tax services
- Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom with professionalism
- Manage client onboarding and relationship-building
