Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Demand Management Analyst** **para Colombia.

**OBJETIVO**

Desarrollar el proceso de Construcción de Demanda en línea con el proceso S&OP del Cluster/Región, mediante el mantenimiento de la data, inclusion de building blocks y destroying blocks al sistema Prevail para generar un forecast estadistico correcto y de valor.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Coordinación y liderazgo del Demand Review de Consumo a fin de alinear los planes de Demanda del Cluster.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Demand Review en tiempo y Calidad y en línea con el proceso S&OP Regional, en cuanto al SIPOC definido para el step.
- Identificar, filtrar y comunicar GAPs, Issues, Opportunities que permitan reconciliar los principales GAPs del Demand Review y Proceso S&OP.
- Analizar el comportamiento de la demanda a nível Canal, Cuentas Claves, sub-categoria y TOP SKU's (A y B).
- Identificar ajustes al forecast de venta en función al BIAS, realidad y planes proyectados.
- Cumplimiento del proceso de Mejora Contínua en línea con el Gold Standard.
- Análisis de Portafolio y Generar sugerencias de optimización.
- Control y seguimiento del Portafolio: transiciones de codigos, descontinuación, agotamientos, bajas.
- Coordinar con el área comercial planes especificos para generar rotación, agotamiento y/o evacuar Lentos movimientos y/o obsoletos (SMOB).
- Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de Prevail como facilitador de los Análisis mencionados y de un forecaste de Calidad y alta Predictibilidad.
- Análisis de Sell Out de las Cuentas Claves a nível Sub Categoría y Top SKU's, para identificar tendencia, desviacions y/o impactos en el forecast.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Profesional en Administración, Estadística, Economía/ Ingeniería Industrial y/o Áreas Afines.
- Especialización en Estrategia o Áreas Afines,
- Al menos 4 años de experiência adquirida en áreas afines como Logística / Mercadeo / S&OP / Finanzas.
