**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate recording of vendor invoices, and handling payment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate ideas in written form.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant business experience in accounts payable.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems, preferably **Magaya**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and other relevant office software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and report discrepancies in vendor bills and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to approve pick-ups and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Input customs duty payments into the accounting system, ensuring accurate recording and proper classification.
- Generate Critical Vendors Report to monitor and track vendor payment schedules and outstanding invoices.
- Assist in preparing and executing the check run process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
- Prepare payment remittance documents for vendors, including necessary details and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate the opening of new vendor entities in Chase Bank for payment purposes.

**Salary**: From $2,000,000 per month
