The Sports Content Writer is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and accurate sports content in English. This role involves writing articles and developing other content forms to keep audiences informed and entertained about sports news, events, and trends.

**About the role**
- Write articles and news updates on various sports, including major leagues, tournaments, and individual events.
- Conduct thorough research on sports topics, including player statistics, game results, and industry trends.
- Stay updated with current sports news and developments to ensure content is timely and relevant.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and objectives.

This is the ideal position for individual with passion for American sports and an understanding of the sports audience’s interests and behaviors, ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Need to have**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a sports writer or content creator, with a strong portfolio of published work.

Knowledge of soccer and American sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc.)

Excellent English communication skills (Native/Advance English level)

**Skills**
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various sports, including rules, terminology, and key players.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
