Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Lead and oversee the treasury operations of the Retail company in Latin America (5 countries)- Lead and develop a treasury team to improve processes and optimize working capital management.- Enhance the procure to pay and order to cash processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payments and collections.- Ensure the reconciliation and correct accounting of the accounts impacted by the treasury- Understand and optimize payments: payment terms, calendar, and process. Put controls in place.- Manage cash prioritization.- Analyze and optimize the collection process, understanding customer payments and seeking to improve its efficiency.- Develop and implement financial strategies and treasury policies to improve the company's liquidity position.- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Accounting, FP&A, operations, and purchasing, to ensure alignment and process optimization.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury, accounting and / or controlling roles, preferably in the retail industry or multinational companies with operations in Latin America.- Experience in a listed company or in an IPO process (PCAOB audit)- Experience in working capital optimization and implementation of efficient processes.- Strong knowledge of treasury practices, policies, and financial regulations.- Experience dealing with banks- Team management experience and proven leadership skills.- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.- SAP knowledge (Fiori S 4Hana)

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Efficiency in procure to pay and order to cash processes, measured by reduction in time and improvement in payment and collection accuracy.- Reconciliation of revenues, secure audit process- Reduction in payment issues and duplicated payments to suppliers.- Working capital optimization, measured by improvement in effective cash prioritization.- Improvement in the collection process, measured by reduction in average collection time and decrease in outstanding payments.- Implementation of financial policies and strategies that strengthen the company's liquidity position.- Effective collaboration with other departments and improvement in alignment of financial processes.- Development and implementation of financing strategies to support company growth (credit and factoring lines).- Collaboration with financial service providers to negotiate favorable terms and maximize benefits
