**Job Description** About the Job**

Responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality analytics to clients and internal teams, ensuring best practices and strategic alignment. Leads process oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and team development through coaching and knowledge sharing. Executes in-depth analyses to generate impactful insights that enhance decision-making. Requires CPG industry experience, data analysis skills, and proficiency in NielsenIQ tools, Excel, and English communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that services provided to in market team/clients are timely and precise according to brief and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards by:

- Partnering with partners to ensure NIQ and Clients' short-, mid
- and long-term objectives are met.
- Supervising quality check process and proper execution of the ways of working.
- Consulting with partners regarding general deliverables’ concerns - if needed.
- Coaching and leadership support, ensuring that team members can handle client requirements and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs to deliver desired performance levels by:

- Establishing high standards of performance, providing support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements.
- Fostering the culture of knowledge sharing and recognition and leveraging of best practices.
- In specific cases managing the workload, performance and goals of the associates may be done in collaboration with onshore stakeholders.
- Ensuring that strategic objectives & KPIs (NIQ and COE team) are met.
- Executes the critical business issue analysis activities managed by the COE.
- Briefing alligned with CS team, proposing different business analysis to covered market.
- Deepen our industry expertise, create impactful analysis to elevate the strategic insights impact.
- Elevate strategic insights impact, ensure Analytics expertise development and deliver best in class analytics.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market research. Master's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in analytics space, including POS/Panel data.
- Curious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questions.
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English (some local jobs might require English).
- Digital savy.
- Fast learner of concepts/ tools/ analyses.
- Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources that are relevant to the client(s) - i.e. RMS, CPS, Omni, Spectra, etc.
- Proficiency in utilizing Discover and helping diminish/eliminate client concerns & roadblocks to drive usage.
- Ability to coach others in data analyses and working with the NIQ tools.
