**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Confirm Booked Appointments**:
- Monitor notifications for new bookings and confirmations.
- Confirm appointments through SMS and ensure reminders are sent 1-1.5 hours prior to the meeting time.
- Proactively confirm appointments with leads and update the prospect sheets accordingly.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with prospects to ensure they attend the scheduled meeting.
- **Respond to Leads and Book Appointments**:
- Maintain accurate records of leads in the prospect sheet to track the status and follow-ups.
- **Maintain Prospect Sheets and CRM Records**:
- Update the prospect sheet with details of booked appointments, prospect status, and notes.
- Track interactions and update records accordingly in the CRM system.
- Maintain and organize prospect information for easy access and follow-up.
- **Lead Qualification and Follow-Up Calls**:
- Call prospects who have expressed interest but not yet booked an appointment.
- Follow up with leads until appointments are scheduled or disqualified.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all booked appointments meet the necessary qualification criteria.
- Support the sales team with timely updates on appointments and prospects.
- **Ensure Appointment Bookings with Calendar Links**:
- Send calendar booking links to prospects and follow up to confirm their availability.
- Track and ensure successful booking of appointments directly through calendar links.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales support is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with prospects professionally, addressing objections, and confirming appointments effectively.
- **Time Management**:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple leads simultaneously and respond to leads promptly.
- **Tech-Savvy**:
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for managing prospect data and appointments.
- **Detail-Oriented**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain up-to-date and well-organized prospect sheets.
- **Proactive & Problem-Solver**:
- Ability to think on your feet and quickly resolve issues or objections raised by leads.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to ensure that the appointment-setting process is executed seamlessly.
- **Availability**:
- Must be available during work hours to respond to leads promptly and follow up with prospects.
