**Propósito del puesto**:
Coordinar actividades que permitan el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, enfocado directamente en la industria OFF Premise.

Identificar las GAPs (oportunidades) en el mercado y generar planes de acción que impacten en el cierre de los mismos, así como la evaluación y ejecución en los puntos de venta de canal moderno (Grandes Superficies/ supermercados).

Implementación de estrategias de Trade Marketing enfocadas a este segmento de clientes que buscan Mantener a los clientes en un paquete básico, y ganar espacio frente a la competencia.

**_Requisitos _**
- Escolaridad _

Estudios profesionales en áreas de desempeño relacionada con Administración, Economía, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo, Negocios o afines.
- Años _y _área de experiência _

Experiência deseable en consumo masivo en canal tradicional y/o canal moderno, ventas, y liderazgo de equipos.
- Conocimientos técnicos _

Excel avanzado

PowerPoint avanzado

SAP (deseable)

Ingles Medio
- Competencias _

Liderazgo, trabajo bajo cumplimiento de metas y objetivos, pro actividad, habilidades de negociación, comunicación asertiva, análisis de data.
- Requisito indispensable: contar con licencia de conducción B1 o C1.
