RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead and work (governance) to guarantee OEA in Brazil and Colombia;
- Lead OEA certification process (implementation). OEA certification compliance leader (risk management, internal audits and its actions, process implementation related to the certification)
- Coaching and reviewing the technical work of lower level professionals;
- Lead regional projects for import improvements or cost reduction or new systems;
- Work with continuous improvement team to bring lean methodologies for import team, working to find GAPs and solutions;
- Seek for opportunities of countries for alignment and continuous improvement;
- Conducting investigation and treatment of import process anomalies;
- Study International trade market for innovation in systems, procedures or costs;
- Create/revise and update regional KPI;
- Prepare annually Goal (costs) for imports for SA;
- Prepare annually volume for global bid of international freight for imports in SA;
- Support Global procurement team on ocean BID delivering on regional savings and consolidate regional information in comparatives reports;
- Follow Import Cost accuracy for the region (Pricing information);
- Responsible to evaluate service import suppliers. Create a methodology to evaluate and audit their services (broker, freight forwarder and inland transport);
- Create and manage outsourcing audit;
- Create, standardize and update policies and procedures (governance) across the region;
- Effectively participate in the routine rituals defined;
- “Special Regimes”- Drawback BR and CO - create a regional procedure and controls, guarantee that service is fully achieve and evaluate new possibilities.
- Define model of Regional Broker, perform the Bid, study scenario and implement;
- Create and update regional process/procedures for imports in the region;
- Trainning team when necessary for new procedures;
- Create and Control training matrix;
- Execute operational routines established in the area and replace vacation on operation team when necessary;

EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of Experience in International Trade
- OEA procedures
- Fluency in English MUST HAVE
- Special customs regimes experience - Drawback (desired)
- Office, SAP, Power BI, OSGT (desired)
- Lean Methodologies (desired)
