**Misión**:
Impulsar proyectos de **transformación digital** sobre **Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud)** construyendo soluciones escalables, seguras y de alto impacto. Trabajarás junto a negocio, arquitectura y DevOps para modernizar legados, orquestar integraciones y acelerar el time-to-value.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar e implementar **APEX**, **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, **Flows**, **Triggers** y **Batch/Async** siguiendo **best practices**.
- Modelar **datos**, **sharing/security (OWD, Roles, PermSets)** y **governance de metadatos**.
- Integrar con sistemas core mediante **REST/SOAP**, **Platform Events**, **MuleSoft/ESB** o **AWS/Azure** (según proyecto).
- Participar en **descubrimiento** y **diseño técnico** (HLD/LLD), estimaciones y definición de **NFRs** (rendimiento, seguridad, disponibilidad).
- Asegurar **calidad**: code reviews, pruebas unitarias (Apex 75%), pruebas de integración y observabilidad (logs, tracing).
- Operar **CI/CD** (Git, pipelines, packaging, **DevOps Center/SFDX**) y entornos (sandboxes, release mgmt).
- Colaborar con UX y producto para experiências **Lightning** consistentes (Design System, performance web).
- Documentar runbooks, decisiones de arquitectura y **operativa post-go-live** (hypercare).

**Requisitos (imprescindibles)**:

- **5-8+ años** construyendo soluciones en **Salesforce** (Sales/Service/Experience).
- Dominio de **APEX, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows**, asincronía y patrones de integración.
- Experiência en **integraciones** (REST/SOAP), autenticación (**OAuth2/JWT**), **Platform Events** y manejo de errores.
- **CI/CD con SFDX/Git**, controles de calidad y gestión de releases multi-sandbox.
- Conocimientos de **seguridad** (OWD, perfiles/permsets, Shield deseable) y **governance**.
- Trabajo en **agile** (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Confluence y trato con stakeholders técnicos/funcionales.

**Se valorará**:

- **Certificaciones** (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App/ System Architect, Integration Architect).
- **MuleSoft**, **Data Cloud (CDP)**, **Einstein/AI** y **OmniStudio**.
- Experiência en **modernización de legados**, **migración de datos** (ETL, Data Loader, APIs bulk).
- Observabilidad y calidad**:PMD**, **Apex tests** avanzados, **static code analysis**.
- Exposición a sectores regulados (financiero, seguros, salud).
