**Social Media Content Creator and Manager**
**Job Overview**:
The Social Media Content Creator and Manager will be responsible for creating dynamic innovative social media content, scheduling, interacting with users, and managing content for Innovative Mojo’s social media channels. They will develop content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives to increase audience engagement, foster community, and expand brand awareness both internally and externally.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation and Strategy**:
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with Innovative Mojo’s brand, goals, and voice.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This includes copywriting, image design, video editing, and animations as needed.
- Develop unique content for different audience types, ensuring that both internal and external messaging resonates with respective target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, key messages, and updates to incorporate into social media campaigns.
- **Content Calendar and Scheduling**:
- Build and maintain a social media calendar that outlines content posting schedules across all platforms.
- Schedule and post content at optimal times based on analytics insights and platform best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual style, and campaign objectives.
- **Community Engagement and Brand Advocacy**:
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive brand community.
- Identify opportunities to initiate conversations and engage with industry influencers to build brand credibility and grow reach.
- Develop and manage Innovative Mojo’s internal social media presence by sharing company achievements, team highlights, and internal updates.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Provide monthly performance reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments and inform future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Innovative Mojo’s social media presence relevant and competitive.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**:
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, working with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing goals.
- Test and optimize ad creative, copy, and targeting for maximum reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration and Brand Consistency**:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content adheres to consistent visual and messaging standards.
- Support special events, product launches, and campaigns with tailored social media content.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in social media content creation, management, or a related role. Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns preferred.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey brand messaging clearly and creatively. Basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- **Platform Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience with managing accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- **Analytics Knowledge**: Ability to interpret social media analytics and make data-driven adjustments to strategy.
- **Creativity and Trend Awareness**: Up-to-date with social media trends, new features, and platform algorithms to keep Innovative Mojo’s presence fresh and engaging.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational skills for managing a content calendar and meeting posting deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, engaging messages and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
