**As a Controllership Accounts Payable Senior Analyst, you're expected to**:
- Accounting, conciliation, end to end process and controls for accounts payable
- Check the global needs in Account Payable geos
- Manage teams of other geos
- Globalization of Account Payable process across geos
- Invoices review, upload information in SAP and account payable procedure to allow payment (Colombia + Off Shore), suppliers, payroll, taxes, corporate credit card etc.
- Review and verification of retentions and taxes regarding the accounts payable.
- Automatization of manual processes in AP.
- Reimbursement process, Concur travel support and payment, process and payment of client devolutions
- Prepare monthly reconciliation, controls and closing of the ledger accounts assigned to Accounts Payable.
- Preparation of supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support SAP 4 hanna Implementation of phase III and IV and the improvements
- Manage Support document system (Go Socket) under Colombian legislation
**We are looking for a**Controllership Accounts Payable Analyst** who has**:
- Bachelor of Accounting Degree, minimum 7 years of experience managing accounts payable areas and proven experience in internal controls, conciliations, constructing financial controls, and accounting closing among others
- Previous experience in Shared Service Centers, and proven experience in SAP, 4 Hanna.
- Advanced English level
- Financial Institutions experience
- Successfully had worked with IFRS
- Reports to global teams
- CUIF Reports - (Catálogo Único de Información Financiera)
- Experience in process automatization (non mandatory), excel, power BI, SQL Basics
- Data analytics skills and knowledge
