**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate multiple project timelines and initiatives simultaneously
- Develop actionable project plans supporting security, cloud, and containerization efforts
- Supervise and optimize collaboration with near and offshore development teams
- Identify and address risks and dependencies, fostering greater team efficiency
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in project management or engineering leadership
- Proficiency in developing project plans and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for engineering teams
- Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships
- Excelent English communication skills (B2+)
