We are seeking a **Regional Payroll Specialist** to join our **Global Payroll team**. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join our growing Payroll team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Payroll Specialists. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of Latin American Payroll and understanding of benefits, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain payroll information to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Manage and administer end to end payroll for employees - in our offices around the world (APAC and EMEA regions - on our payroll system, including inputting changes, processing semi-monthly payrolls, tracking payroll approvals, ensuring timelines are met, and accurate reporting of transactions.)
- Bespoke reporting including distribution of semi-monthly and monthly payroll reports to applicable departments.
- Liaison with our internal HR, and Finance departments.
- Act as lead point of contact for all payroll related inquiries.
**Attributes & Background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of in-house payroll experience with demonstrable experience processing and administering global payroll for employees in different offices around the world.
- A solid understanding of payroll processes and state, local and international laws pertaining to payroll administration.
- Experience working for a global organization with more than 1000 employees.
- International payroll experience and working with global payroll vendors is required.
- Having knowledge of local/international benefits is a huge plus.
- Fully fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading ) level C1 or above.
- Exceptional writing, communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work across time zones globally.
- Exceptional organizational skills which include an ability to multitask and be process oriented.
- Must have proficiency in MS Office, specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Responsible for compliance of payroll practices and policies.
- Bespoke projects and reports, as needed.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
