**Role**

As a Private Debt Associate, you will support the daily operations of the FinDox service. You will be part of a global team dedicated to providing top quality service mainly focused on timely, accurate delivery of important investment materials to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain, verify, and update data on FinDox (Octus' document aggregation/compliance service)
- Establish and continually improve processes related to the private debt deal workflow
- Work with other Octus teams to build cross-functional efficiencies and communication lines

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
- Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
