**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement local or national PPC strategies for multiple US clients
- Manage & Optimize Google & Facebook Ads including their associated networks (Youtube & Instagram)
- Conduct constant experiments to fine-tune & increase performance
- Regularly perform thorough keyword & competitor research
- Identify & monitor key KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with web developers for landing pages, designers for ad creatives and other marketing team members
- Stay up to date with the latest PPC and digital marketing best practices
**Requirements & Personal Qualities**:

- Proven, demonstrable success in ad management & optimization
- At least 3 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, planning and implementing successful PPC strategies
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Though not required, a broader digital marketing background will be a huge advantage including:

- SEO understanding
- Social Media Marketing understanding
- Content Marketing understanding

Pay: From $4,090,000 per month

**Experience**:

- paid ad management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- fluent English (required)
