Senior PPC Specialist (Remote) – Drive Results for Multiple Agency Clients

U.S CST work hours. 

We are looking for a senior-level PPC expert who knows how to dig into data, optimize fast, and deliver measurable results.

If you've spent years inside a digital-marketing agency managing high-performing campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen clients, thrive on analytics, and love turning insights into outcomes, this role is for you. You'll be the go-to for execution excellence: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that make a real impact for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
  • Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

Non-Negotiables

  • 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)
  • Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy
  • Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills—you're fluent in data
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  • Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Texas-based and authorized to work without sponsorship

We're remote-first, but not hands-off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. Communicate proactively, stay accountable, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
