GCR Latam is currently recruiting for an ambitious Account Executive/Regional Support Officer in a fast-growing multinational company focusing on recruiting Latin American students for international universities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with event planning and organization, supporting the Regional Advisors.
- Participation in student recruitment activities across Latin America.
- Undertake analysis of lead generation (and similar organisations)
- Assist with CRM maintenance.
- Undertaking specific conversion campaigns.
- Providing timely guidance and support to agents.
- Assist with traditional media marketing campaigns.
- Providing market intelligence feedback.
- Work closely with the International Centre to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Support in the development of marketing and branding materials and activities.
- Distribution of marketing materials to stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service going beyond expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese desirable but NOT mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely within the specified hours (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM).
- 6 months
- 1 year account management experience.
- Education recruitment sector experience (Desirable)
- Budget management (Desirable)
- Experience meeting targets and writing reports.
