**About Us**

**The Role**

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive **Project Manager** to help us keep our campaigns on track and our team operating at full speed. You’ll coordinate between designers and copywriters to ensure that every deliverable is on time, accurate, and aligned with client goals.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on. You’ll need to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and problem-solve before things go off the rails.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage timelines, task assignments, and deadlines across 6-10 client accounts
- Run weekly internal check-ins
- Track deliverables across design, copy, and strategy
- Keep our project management system organized (Notion)
- Monitor feedback loops and ensure revisions are implemented properly
- Flag risks or blockers early—and solve them fast
- Help onboard new clients and support cross-functional planning

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of project management experience (marketing, digital, or agency preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High attention to detail and time management
- Comfort working in remote, fast-paced environments
- Able to work within EST hours

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Klaviyo, Slack, and Notion
- Understanding of creative feedback cycles and client communication

**El Rol**

Estamos buscando un **Project Manager** altamente organizado y proactivo para ayudarnos a mantener nuestras campañas en marcha y al equipo funcionando al máximo. Coordinarás entre diseñadores y redactores para garantizar que cada entrega sea puntual, precisa y alineada con los objetivos del cliente.

Este rol es dinámico y práctico. Necesitarás gestionar múltiples prioridades, comunicarte con claridad y resolver problemas antes de que se conviertan en cuellos de botella.

**Responsabilidades**
- Gestionar cronogramas, asignaciones de tareas y fechas de entrega en 6-10 cuentas activas
- Liderar reuniones internas semanales
- Dar seguimiento a entregas de diseño, copy y estrategia
- Mantener organizado nuestro sistema de gestión de proyectos (Notion)
- Monitorear ciclos de feedback y asegurar que las revisiones se implementen correctamente
- Identificar riesgos o bloqueos con anticipación—y resolverlos rápidamente
- Apoyar el onboarding de nuevos clientes y colaborar en la planificación entre equipos

**Requisitos**
- Más de 2 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos (idealmente en marketing, digital o agencia)
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés
- Alta atención al detalle y buena gestión del tiempo
- Comodidad trabajando en entornos remotos y de ritmo rápido
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario EST (hora del Este de EE. UU.)

**Deseables**
- Experiência con Klaviyo, Slack y Notion
- Comprensión de los ciclos de feedback creativo y comunicación con clientes
