**Summary**
The Digital Production Analyst executes SproutLoud Digital Services including Local Display Ads, Mobile Display Ads, Paid Search, Facebook and Websites, among others, on behalf of SproutLoud local clientele. Responsible for account setup, campaign execution, reporting and maintenance with Digital vendors. The Digital Production Analyst works directly with SproutLoud internal divisions including General Support and Account Managers to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
**Challenges**
- Responsible for day-to-day customer production of digital services including new product enrollment, campaign execution and reporting
- Learn and operate with confidence in any related digital vendor platforms
- Understand digital marketing strategies
- Have full comprehension of tasks and workflow impact across customers and their network
- Stay up to date on best practices across digital media industries (Local Display Ads, Mobile Display Ads, Paid Search, Facebook and Websites, etc.)
- Work directly with internal departments including General Support and Account Managers to ensure SproutLoud continues to deliver best-in-class products
- Follow Digital department workflows and procedures to ensure projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Demonstrate strong contribution to the Digital Products and Services team initiatives and deliverables
- Participate in reporting deliverables required by SproutLoud clients based on digital product performance

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluency in English including written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong internal service skills
- Working knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Media concepts
- Exceptional team first mentality
- Excel knowledge; Ability to learn new techniques and formulas
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Good ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts

**Not required but would be a plus**
- Strong quality assurance skills
