The payroll analyst will report directly to the DSA accounting coordinator He/she is responsible for preparing the payroll for AA and DSA, assuring accuracy of payments and should execute according to the internal policies and governmental procedures.

**What you'll do**:

- Analyzes information related to payroll (Workbrain)
- Prepares a Monthly report for payroll (Mpays)
- Analyzes and prepares the TSS payments
- Prepares payment of taxes retention for the DGII
- Keeps a physical and electronic form in the files for the payroll
- Answers employees questions about information related to their payments
- Sends and prepares letters and file of the payroll
- Prepares labor severance for employees due to termination or resignation
- Sends the payroll roster to the DSA HR (biweekly)
- Other issues inherent to the position

**Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience**
- Degree in Accounting
- Computer knowledge (SAP, Excel, Word and Power point)
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and native language
- Exceptional analytical leadership; Presentations and communication skills
- Keep a high level of confidentiality
- Should have knowledge in taxes and local labor law
- Ability to be a Team-Building worker Objective’s oriented
- Good human relations
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
