As a **Business Development Representative** you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas (B2B, work only with IT and technology companies).

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Set appointments and qualify leads.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives with the prospects.
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects.
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
- Give reports about customer needs, problems and interests in our products and services.
- Reach objectives monthly and, most important, will work on day-to-day basis with some of the best salespeople in the industry.

**What would help you succeed**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Finances, Logistics or any other career related.
- **Experience**:At least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service or related. No sales experience required, but it would be a plus.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. C1 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We work by the American calendar).
- **Places**: Only for Barranquilla. This position will be on site at WeWork Barranquilla.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Salary**:$ 3.000.000 COP + commissions in U.S. dollars.
