**Role for You**

You are very organized and analytical with good communication skills, with great interest in tech and eCommerce (experience is a plus). You will be working with a high-performance team, in a fast-paced environment, collaborating alongside the Merchant Lead in charge of different brands and projects. We are currently working remotely, so the only limitation is for you to be in a similar time zone.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support: You will be attending all the meetings with the merchant and internal areas of Merama, providing support to all the initiatives and projects.
- Research: Be a curious person looking for information about the market of the owned brands and eCommerce sector per se.
- Report: create data analysis to get insights into the information provided by our different sources and support decision making with a Data-Driven mindset.
- Oversight of inputs: Track KPIs to ensure the best Selection, Availability, Pricing and Customer Experience across marketplaces for the merchants you are involved with.
- Monthly Boards: organizational support with relevant information (financial, market, metrics, etc) and initiatives for the board.

**You have these**:

- Must be a degree student in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Analytical mindset, decision-making based on data and focus on results.
- Eager and willing to learn and contribute to a multidisciplinary team with a great pace of work and development.
- Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at a minimum - Portuguese a plus
- Based in Bogotá
