**International Accounts Payable Representative - Bogotá, Colombia**

**What You’ll Do**:
Review invoices for accuracy and report discrepancies
Code and distribute incoming invoices by currency
Enter data into our Logistics System (CargoWise)
Reconcile monthly vendor statements
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain an organized filing system
Manage EFT/Wire payments & employee expense reports
Reconcile credit card statements and process off-sets
**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook
Strong communication skills in English
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Analytical mindset & attention to detail
High energy, outgoing, and flexible personality

**Tus Responsabilidades**:
Revisar facturas y reportar discrepancias
Codificar y distribuir facturas según la moneda
Ingresar datos en el sistema logístico (CargoWise)
Conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores
Colaborar con los equipos operativos para resolver diferencias
Mantener organizado el sistema de archivos
Gestionar pagos por transferencia y reportes de gastos
Conciliar estados de cuenta de tarjetas de crédito y coordinar con CxC
**¿Qué Buscamos?**
Experiência en Cuentas por Pagar
Manejo de Excel, Word y Outlook
Nível de inglés avanzado
Actitud positiva, proactividad y trabajo en equipo
Perfil analítico y organizado
