At Traffic Tech, we’re looking for a talented Accounts Payable Representative who can collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all accounts are reconciled, and issues are resolved seamlessly.Objective of the Role:Communicate courteously and responsively with suppliers, support our finance team, and ensure the resolution of all accounting matters while maintaining efficient collaboration with internal team members.What You’ll Do:Respond to a high volume of supplier inquiries. Maintain communication with suppliers and internal sales teams. Reconcile supplier account statements. Issue checks for suppliers. Process non-trade invoices for payment. Manage check/EFT payment runs. Process employee expense reports. What We’re Looking For:Advanced English level (written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Degree in Accounting, Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Positive attitude and willingness to work hard while having fun. En Traffic Tech , buscamos un/a talentoso/a Representante de Cuentas por Pagar que pueda colaborar de manera efectiva con proveedores y equipos internos para garantizar que todas las cuentas estén conciliadas y los problemas se resuelvan sin inconvenientes. Objetivo del Cargo:Comunicarse de manera receptiva y cortés con los proveedores, apoyar a nuestro equipo financiero y garantizar la resolución de todos los temas contables mientras se mantiene una colaboración eficiente con los miembros del equipo interno. Lo que harás:Responder a un alto volumen de consultas de proveedores. Mantener comunicación con proveedores y equipos de ventas internos. Conciliar los estados de cuenta de los proveedores. Emitir cheques para proveedores. Procesar facturas no comerciales para su pago. Gestionar las ejecuciones de cheques/pagos EFT. Procesar los informes de gastos de los empleados. Lo que buscamos:Nivel avanzado de inglés (escrito y hablado). Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar. Profesional en contabilidad, finanzas, relaciones internacionales, administración de empresas o carreras afines. Gran capacidad de comunicación, organización, trabajo en equipo. Conocimientos sólidos de Microsoft Outlook, Word y Excel. Buena actitud y ganas de trabajar duro divirtiéndose.
