Sales Representative
**Job Description**:
- We will provide you with product and skills training, so you can sell successfully. You will also benefit from working alongside some of the best consultants in the English language sector, who will be there to coach you in your development and celebrate your ongoing success
- Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and support to potential students in Latin-America and their inquiries (No cold calling) making sure their needs are matched by our products-
- Tracking sales and customers through our most advanced CRM system (Salesforce) and other business systems-
- Meeting and exceeding individual and territory targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Requirements:
- Advanced English Speaker-
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience-
- Bachelor’s degree or close to graduate-
- Living Abroad experienced. Passion about traveling, education or language learning-
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-
- To be sales oriented and target driven. Ability to work under pressure when required- Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary goes from $1,800,000/month initially up to $2,200,000/month at the end of the training period, more commissions. Commissions are paid monthly and depending on the achievement of the objectives vary between a minimum additional income of between $ 1,000,000/month to $9,000,000/month placing the average income of an advisor in this position above $ 5,000,000/month-
- 3 weeks of intensive training on systems, products, and sales techniques-
- 3 weeks’ vacation-
- Daily shifts would go between 11am and 8pm of the region on Northern America assignedLocation
