**Position Overview**:
As an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist at Wizeline, you will be central to building a vibrant and connected company culture. You’ll not only support internal communication initiatives but also design and deliver engaging internal experiences that foster a strong sense of community and belonging. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our messages are clear and impactful, and you'll play a key role in creating an environment where every employee feels valued, informed, and excited to be part of Wizeline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated communication and engagement plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Support the creation of internal messages using Mailchimp.
- Analyze internal communication & engagement data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to create compelling communication materials that resonate with internal stakeholders.
- Summarize and analyze information to distill key messages effectively.
- Actively engage with internal audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of impactful communication strategies.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal events and activities that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Exceptional writing skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and interpret information effectively.
- Sensitivity and awareness when communicating with internal audiences.
- Familiarity with communication tools, especially Mailchimp and Slack, is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
