As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- Track and trace loads and specific shipments every 2 hours, making sure the driver is moving.
- Dispatching trucks for pick up and deliveries.
- Updating customers with effective real-time information about their shipments.
- Take care of expedite shipments.
- Supporting the team regarding data entry.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements:

- Experience: Experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics.
- Language: Good English skills. B2+ is preferred.

Perks:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: Only for Medellin, this position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
- Salary: $ 2.000.000 COP + transportation allowance ($ 117.172 COP).
