- Builds self-organized, highly engaged and performant development teams.
- Provides agile best practices for continuously delivering value to customers.
- Manages the employee career development.
- Collaborates across functions including areas outside of Tech.
- Drives and facilitates organizational changes.
- Aligns development processes across the teams.
- Encourages cross-team collaboration.
- Builds a team culture of measured, continuous improvement.
- Collaborates on delivery roadmaps with Product Managers, Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure the teams have clear directions and priorities.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT related field.
- Advanced English Level required (verbal and written).
- Scrum certificates.
- Experience working with international clients and on/off shore working model.
- Strong knowledge in software engineering processes.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills.
- Excellent customer and internal team relationship building skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in a management position in an international software company, with at least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in Java or.NET technologies.
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
