We are hiring the best talent for **ATR Jr. Analyst** to be located in **Bogota (Relocation Not Applicable)**.

**Purpose**

Responsible for supporting GL Accounting and reporting process, analysis of blackline reconciliation, Corporate and internal audits and Financial Statements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas;
- Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Recommends solutions for accounting issues.
- Understanding controls applicable in the process
- Support on Corporate reporting
- Fulfillment of Compliance requests/testings
- Closing Bravo reporting (Actuals)
- Required skills: Active communicating, team management, results oriented, SAP and Oracle knowledge and experience
- Develop, build and preserve relationship with all markets and business sector(s) service by GS LATAM organization. You should ensure that the service levels and objectives meet and is delivered to customers in accordance to defines Service Level Agreements.
- Proficient in English (written & oral)

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Requirements**
- Major in Business Accounting or related is required
- Knowledge of general accounting processes required
- SAP knowledge preferred
- 1 year accounting of minimum experience is required, shared services is preferred
- Intermediate English desired
- Soft Skills: Leadership, team work, stakeholder management
