**Who We Are**:
Rent Ready is a B2B online marketplace that uses technology to deliver an end-to-end make-ready service for apartment communities. Built to eliminate the frustration of typical apartment turns, Rent Ready utilizes a proprietary logistics platform to connect apartment communities to skilled professionals nationwide.

**Job Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Design and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform to meet business needs, improve processes, and support growth.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide tier 3 support for Dynamics-related issues, offering advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation when necessary + core Rent Ready Product.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Dynamics solutions + core Rent Ready Product.
- Keep abreast of the latest Dynamics features and updates, incorporating new functionalities to enhance business operations.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions clearly for future reference and compliance purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in providing high-level support (tier 3) and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable internet service and a computer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work remotely 8:30am-5:30pm est. Rent Ready is based in Charlotte, NC - United States.
- This is an independent contractor position paid through Deel.
