**Job Description**:
As Partner Success Lead, you will shape the future of Storyblok: help us create, scale, and improve our partner program processes. You will be responsible for building a long-term successful strategy for Storyblok channel partners. You will lead our current Partner Success Mangers and continue building our partner team processes. The goal of the partner team is to support Storyblok agency partners to scale their business on top of Storyblok.
Working closely with our VP of Partner, you lead efforts to drive adoption, identify co-selling opportunities, maintain our amazing partner satisfaction scores and inform our product roadmap based on frontline learnings.
**Qualifications**:
- Held a leadership position in a channel sales or customer success function before
- Proven experience in driving your team towards individual growth goals
- Hard-earned experience establishing new processes, with the scars to prove it
- Validated opinions on what metrics matter in a SaaS enterprise company
- A network of industry contacts to learn & hire from
