Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid

How a day to day would look like in this role:
- Administer and provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a focus on **SharePoint Online**, **OneDrive**, **Teams**, and **Exchange Online**, using their respective admin centers.- Manage sites, site collections, libraries, and lists in SharePoint; implement workflows and enforce information governance policies.- Configure **security, compliance, and access control policies**, managing permissions, users, and guest access through **Entra ID**.- Monitor enterprise connectivity, secure storage, and user experience across OneDrive clients and SharePoint Designer.- Support the administration and monitoring of **capacity, availability, and security**, including **tenant and external domain management**.- Contribute to **usage analysis, licensing, and reporting** using **Purview M365** and the **Microsoft 365 Admin Center**.- Perform basic tasks in **Active Directory**, IP routing, and addressing to ensure seamless integration between cloud services and infrastructure.

**What we need to see from you**
**Profile**:Degree in Systems Engineering or related field with experience as a platform administrator in SharePoint Online (Advanced), OneDrive (Advanced), Teams, and Azure Purview (Intermediate). Active Directory (Basic), Networking, IP Addressing, Routing.

**Required skills**:

- Proficient in Exchange Online Admin Center.
- Strong understanding of managed technology services for the administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Information Governance practices and policies.
- Expertise in SharePoint: site and site collection creation, library and list management, and workflow implementation.
- Skilled in configuring and managing security and compliance across Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Intermediate proficiency with OneDrive Desktop Client.
- Experience in tenant and external domain management.
- Ability to manage enterprise connectivity and secure storage solutions.
- Familiarity with OneDrive client and SharePoint
- Designer tools.Knowledge of capacity, availability, and security management within cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for user management, guest access, activity reporting, and identification of inactive accounts.
- Experience with O365 licensing, mapping, inventory, configuration, usage analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview M365 for data governance and compliance.

**Certifications**

**Required (at least one)**: MS-102, MS-900, MS-700

**Preferred**: ITIL v3 or v4, MS-203
