**Clinical Operations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting phone calls with providers, fostering positive relationships, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of providers.
- Handling administrative tasks associated with provider relations, including data entry, documentation, and scheduling.
- Save/Label Prov Claims/Statements/Invoices (Send/sort incoming/outgoing documentation, electronic document sorting (PDFs).
- Demonstrating a friendly, engaging demeanor to build rapport and trust with providers.
- Utilizing persuasive communication skills to encourage provider participation and cooperation.
- Other administrative tasks to provide support to the financial and clinical teams.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Experience in administrative assistant roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or provider relations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluency and clarity in English is required.

*Possible Future Tasks (as backup) depending on Reps progress*
- Enter AP Bills/Expenses/Credit Card in QuickBooks.
- Answer Accounts Payable Calls (including Same Day Payments) (up to 10 per day).
