5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, or in strategic capacities at Fortune 500 companies
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and documents
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional audiences on complex strategies
- Strong financial, analytical, verbal, and written communications skills
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, as well as English
- Spent at least 10 years living and working in a LATAM country

Key job responsibilities
- In collaboration with LATAM Strategy Leader, surface LATAM insights to inform WWCS strategy
- Collect LATAM business requirements, driving their inclusion at a worldwide level
- Listen, learn, and influence the recommendations of the LATAM Strategy team
- Share WWCS strategy and insight with LATAM for consideration in LATAM planning and strategy
- Influence leadership and business strategy at the Worldwide, LATAM-wide, and country levels
- Travel as much as 20% of your time
About the team
We do strategy peculiarly at AWS. We are curious with deep knowledge of the industry and the levers shaping its futures, and we are responsible for the short-term tactics and the long-term strategy of our businesses. In the WWCS Sales Strategy team, we work closely with internal business leaders to glean their knowledge, incorporate data and information from external sources, and develop our own insights to inform and drive change across our global sales organization. - Experience working with global sales organizations
- Experience working at a top strategy consulting firm
- Senior-level knowledge of cloud computing and IT markets
- Extensive experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
- Ability to operate efficiently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- MBA, PhD, or other relevant advanced degree
