**Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Specialist**

**Descripción**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificar e implementar una estrategia de marketing de reclutamiento y marca empleadora para atraer solicitantes de alta calidad.
- Planificar y gestionar campañas y mensajes de reclutamiento.
- Realizar un seguimiento, medir e informar sobre los resultados de la campaña.
- Crear contenido atractivo consistente con la marca de UPS.
- Identificar las tácticas y plataformas que serán más efectivas para llegar a un público objetivo específico.
- Investigar tendencias de adquisición de talento y marketing de reclutamiento para mejorar el proceso.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las partes interesadas internas para desarrollar formas creativas de abordar los desafíos de reclutamiento.
- Realizar investigaciones sobre las tendencias del mercado de recursos humanos y adquisición de talento para identificar oportunidades para implementar mejoras en el proceso.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de marca empleadora para atraer solicitantes de alta calidad con el departamento de estrategia de marketing de TA.

**Requisitos Mínimos**:

- Habilidades de comunicación en inglés VERBAL y ESCRITA sólidas (Inglés conversacional 80%).
- Comprender las leyes laborales y de empleo y su impacto en los procesos de reclutamiento y contratación.
- Conocimiento general de Marketing y Strong data-driven solutions
- Experiência con productos de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Estudios Mínimos: Título Técnico - Profesional
- Preferido.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência relevante en Adquisición de Talento - Preferido.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un modelo híbrido, 2 días a la semana en la oficina de Bogotá y los otros 3 en casa.
