**What you'll do**:
- You will report to Senior Team Members to contribute support products to post production customers by resolving technical issues with customers and meeting Service level agreement requirements. Overseeing customer ticket management, customer escalations and customer reporting; May implement additional customer services to create additional revenue or protect existing revenue.
- You will provide Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
- Handle of all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
- Ensure CSG Support Tool is updated with the latest ticket details according to best practices
- Support customers per the details contained in the customer maintenance and support contracts and reports on any over servicing provided.
- Deliver product installations according to internal procedures
**You should have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of work experience in software industry or related fields
- Knowledge of oracle SQL command is necessary
- Technical experience PL/SQL, Linux, C++, and C
- Create shell scripts
- Basic system administration
- Monitor performance using standard utilities
- Experience working with Perl
