Join our team as an **IAM/IAG Engineer** and take charge of designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining access control policies, enforcing compliance with security standards, and integrating IAM/IAG solutions with our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain IAG processes to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administer and support Okta and/or Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments, including user provisioning, access controls, and single sign-on (SSO) configurations.
- Implement and manage major IAG platforms, ensuring they meet the organization's security and operational requirements.
- Develop, enforce, and monitor access control policies to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Oversee user lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
- Respond to and resolve IAM/IAG-related incidents, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Integrate IAM/IAG solutions with existing IT infrastructure and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and support audit activities related to IAM/IAG.
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM/IAG processes and provide training to users and IT staff on best practices and new features.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting Okta and/or MS AAD environments.
- Hands-on experience with major IAG platforms and tools.
- Strong knowledge of access management concepts, including user provisioning, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Understanding of identity governance, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant programming and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and stay current with industry trends in IAM/IAG.
