Rent Payment Agent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and record rent payments accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Provide high-quality customer service to tenants regarding payment inquiries, statements, and payment plans.
- Maintain accurate tenant payment records and financial data.
- Assist with claims processing, eviction procedures, and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends or potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2+ years of experience in rent collection, property management, customer service, or financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience handling financial transactions and maintaining confidentiality
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Monthly salary**:COP $2,850,000**:
