**The Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Strategic Project Leadership & Growth: _**
- Provide visionary leadership, set clear goals, and establish performance metrics to propel the growth and success of FullStack projects staffing.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and effective project management techniques for planning, roadmapping, and budgeting, identifying gaps, and removing blockers.

**_ Client Interaction: _**
- Nurture and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional value and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to project plans and milestones.

**_ Technical Expertise: _**

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing software delivery projects.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, team management, and project management.
- Strong technical background in both backend and frontend programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- High level of ownership.
- Forensic attention to detail.
