- Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects for our clients. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing projects ranging from Onboarding, Offboarding and IT migrations._
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- _Review project scope, objectives, and requirements._
- _Conduct kickoff meetings with project team and stakeholders._
- _Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed._
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise._
- _Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities._
- _Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion._
- _Develop recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned._
- **Qualification**:_
- _Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and company standards._
- _Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources, assigning responsibilities to team members and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards._
- _Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to managment through regular meetings, reports, and presentations, fostering transparency, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle._
- _Conduct post-project reviews and assessments to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future project delivery and continuous improvement._
- **Experience**:_
- _Proven background in managing IT projects for MSPs or similar environments._
- _Understanding of RMM, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure._
- _Experience in ITSM tool such as Autotask is a plus._
- _Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams._
- _Skilled in risk management and conflict resolution._
- _Quick thinking to address issues and ensure project success._
- _Excellent time management and attention to detail._
- Work Location: Remote_
- Work hours: 9 Am to 5 Pm EST, Mondays - Fridays_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
