- Experience with scheduling multiple clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; moderate to heavy phones
- A team player with a winning attitude
- A take-charge individual who can ‘get it done’ and does not require a lot of hands-on direction.
- Excellent typing skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Prior Health Insurance Administrator is a Plus but not required.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with a minimum of i3 7th generation
