**ABOUT PRGX**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Audit Analyst** to join our team in **Medellín**. This role is key in identifying and recovering revenue by reviewing and analyzing clients' accounts payable and procurement data. If you enjoy working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and contributing to process improvements, this might be a great fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze client accounts payable data using audit tools and methodologies.
- Identify errors, variances, and missed opportunities in procurement and payment processes.
- Review contracts, agreements, and documentation for potential vendor funding recoveries.
- Work with large datasets (primarily in Excel or Access).
- Examine financial documents including POs, invoices, freight bills, buyer files, and DSD purchases.
- Prepare, document, and submit claims based on audit findings.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to provide supporting claim documentation; may request pre-approvals.
- Package and send claims to vendors and/or clients.
- Perform documentation pulls (contracts, buyer files, etc.) as needed.
- Follow audit guidelines and meet required deadlines.
- Support audit process improvements; may collaborate with IT on system updates or testing.
- Work collaboratively with the audit team, sharing knowledge and supporting collective success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 1-2 years of relevant experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of office-based work experience preferred.
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel and/or Access** required.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, dBase) is a plus.
- Previous experience in **retail or grocery procurement** and **A/P processing** is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- **Please note**:Fluent English (spoken and written)** is required for this role, as you’ll be working with international teams and documentation.
