We’re looking for a **dynamic HR professional** who loves people AND tech This role combines **HR operations** with **IT recruitment** to deliver an exceptional employee experience while attracting top talent in Colombia.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the go-to HR partner for onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
- Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for roles like developers, DevOps, and analysts.
- Partner with global teams on engagement, retention, and culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws while supporting global HR initiatives.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3+ years in IT recruitment & HR operations (preferably in tech/multinational).
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws & IT talent market.
- Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Experience with ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
