El especialista en material promocional prestara servicio a todas las unidades de negocio de Salud Animal, siendo responsable de la administración de la herramienta Veeva vault Promomats, incluyendo creación de usuarios, carga de material promocional, seguimiento a los revisores, aprobadores y certificador final, para garantizar que el material que se usa con externos cumpla con los requerimientos de la compañía. Deberá monitorear los materiales para notificar los materiales vencidos, tambien deberá tener el inventario de material promocional almacenado en el operador logístico y gestionar solicitudes de picking o reparto de estos.

**Objetivos del Cargo**:

- Responsable por el cumplimiento de todos los procesos operativos asociados a Marketing de la unidad para el logro de los objetivos estratégicos y de ventas de la Unidad de Negocios (BU), garantizando el adecuado uso de los recursos disponibles para la promoción y mercadeo de los productos de la compañía para Colombia.
- Apoyar, gestionar los procesos en su totalidad y garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas corporativas y locales de la compañía relacionadas al área de Marketing de la Unidad de negocio para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Participar activamente en todas las actividades de diseño, planeación, ejecución, documentación relacionada al área de Marketing.
- Trabajar de manera conjunta y funcional con todos los colegas de la Unidad de Negocio, marketing de otras unidades, áreas de soporte y equipos regionales y globales.

**Funciones**:

- Apoyo logístico, soporte a eventos y patrocinios con su respectiva legalización/documentación de gastos. Soporte al desarrollo e implementación de las estrategias de marketing.
- Compra y manejo de inventarios de material promocional (trade) y artes incluyendo seguimiento al proceso de aprobaciones.
- Creación y manejo de proveedores, órdenes de compra y todos los procesos asociados de al pago de servicios de estos. Soporte a clientes y a distribuidores, soporte a todos los procesos administrativos relacionados (incluyendo auditorias)
- Asegurar Compliance (Políticas, provisiones, eventos y actividades de mercadeo, administración de material promocional, entre otros). Asegurar la documentación debida de las carpetas de eventos y conferencistas, asesores, consultores y proveedores de servicios.
- Seguimiento a todos los procesos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 1 año.
- Inglés intermedio
- Nível de Educación: Técnica/Profesional en carreras administrativas. Marketing o Afines
- Dominio del paquete básico de Office
