**SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for positioning, promoting and increasing the exposure of Rockwell Automation in the country.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the A to Z of in-country marketing and communication activities by proactively support and develop the country marketing/communication plan by defining an action strategy with the Sales and Marketing teams. It includes project management and administrative support, developing and implementing field marketing objectives; developing customer success stories; working on PR and advertisement plans; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional material inventory; planning and executing seminars, tradeshows and webinars; maintaining databases; preparing reports. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests and needs to be available for travelling (about 50% of time).

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
**Drive Growth and strong ROI focus by implementing marketing programs and activities which support LA business priorities in partnership with global marketing** **Execute the annual Marketing plan that supports the strategic priorities per BSR in partnership with the BU and Sales Management & CPM team driving solid focus on ROI, lead regular ENGAGEMENT with the region for maintaining plan ALIGNEMENT.** **Management of Marketing Budget making sure expenditure is aligned with business objectives** **Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; execute PR and advertising strategies; planning and organizing promotional presentations; **Support customer communication tools such as the LA Automation Today magazine** **Develop customer success stories to be used by Sales Team** **Ensure a thorough understanding of the company marketing, brand and identity standards. Be responsible for ensuring accuracy in the use of the company brand identity internally and externally.** **Support Distributors and Partners with marketing /communication needs** **Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as well as being able to analyze and work on the metrics (leads) from each marketing activity.** **Plan events and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.** **Gather market and competitors data by reading trade publications and attending tradeshows.** **Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.** **As a member of the LA marketing team, regularly communicate to colleagues in other countries or areas.** **Support and implement the usage of new tools, as required.
