**What the day will look like**
- PA Coordinator is going to work directly with U.S. team, leading Pension Admin analysts in Colombia but also helping North America to set up client Pension related data, data handling, Tools and platforms testing and results review._
- _ Responsible for managing analyst team that is performing Pension Admin activities of varying complexity for North American U.S. clients_
- _ Coordinate tasks between the U.S. and the team in Colombia_
- _ Gather feedback and deliver messaging on feedback and support to team members_
- _ Address team members' challenges, doubts, or discrepancies_
- _ Uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support consultants in the delivery of administration work, with a particular focus on system testing for quality results_
- _ Tests the conversion of existing clients from one pension administration system to a newer platform_
- _ Assists with the testing of the pension administration system for new clients according to the provisions of the pension plan, the rules for administering the plan, and basic understanding of US defined benefit plans_
- _ Reviews member data in a testing capacity for consistency and accuracy_
- _ Performs initial system configuration during conversion to our new platform_
- _ Takes accountability and ownership of work._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Undergraduate degree (majors such as mathematics, statistics, finance, or IT related are generally preferred_
- _ Postgraduate studies are desirable_
- _ Experience related with pension, life insurance or finance at least 5 years_
- _ Excellent technical and analytical skills and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work product_
- _ Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with a curiosity to learn new technologies as the opportunities arise_
- _ Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills_
- _ Advanced level of English_
