Job Purpose The Indirects Procurement Sr Coordinator is tasked with developing and implementing a robust procurement strategy for key spend categories across the LATAM region, with a particular focus on the Marketing and Commercial categories. This role involves engaging with the regional procurement team to ensure efficient sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management. The coordinator will drive value creation through five strategic pillars: cost optimization, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, innovation, and sustainability. By leveraging these pillars, the coordinator will enhance operational excellence and contribute significantly to the organization's overall success. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support overall business goals. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align procurement initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives and drive decision‑making processes. Develop and implement procurement strategies: create and execute procurement strategies for key spend categories in the LATAM region to ensure cost‑effective and efficient sourcing. Lead the sourcing process through RFXs: manage and oversee the sourcing process by developing and executing requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), and requests for quotation (RFQ). Ensure that the procurement team follows best practices in evaluating supplier responses, negotiating terms, and selecting the most suitable suppliers to meet the organization's needs. Contract negotiation and management: lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. Oversee the entire contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Supplier relationship management: establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and foster collaboration. Cost optimization: identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels. Risk mitigation: develop and enforce risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity. Innovation: drive innovation in procurement processes and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Sustainability: promote sustainable procurement practices that align with the organization's environmental and social responsibility goals. Performance monitoring: track and analyze procurement performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Procure‑to‑pay process optimization: streamline and enhance the procure‑to‑pay process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Review and approve shopping carts, ensuring adherence to the procurement policy. Required Skills and Experience Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in similar roles. Category Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of expertise in developing and implementing procurement strategies for Marketing and Commercial categories, including ATL (Above The Line), Digital and BTL (Below The Line), Merchandisers and Promoters, Market Research data, and other related areas. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, including the senior leadership team, to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives. Proficiency in Sourcing Processes: Expertise in managing the sourcing process through RFXs (Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Quotation). Contract Negotiation and Management: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, along with experience in overseeing the entire contract management process. Supplier Relationship Management: The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply, foster collaboration, and monitor supplier performance. Procure‑to‑Pay Process Optimization: Experience in streamlining and enhancing the procure‑to‑pay process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: The ability to analyze procurement performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Risk Management: Experience in developing and enforcing risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity. Innovation and Sustainability: A commitment to driving innovation in procurement processes and promoting sustainable procurement practices that align with the organization's environmental and social responsibility goals. Detail‑Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all procurement activities.
