Billing Agent

Lynxus Solutions S.A.S. está buscando contratar un Billing Agent para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y en crecimiento. Como Billing Agent, serás responsable de gestionar los procesos de facturación y pagos para nuestros clientes, asegurando la precisión y puntualidad en todas las transacciones.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Procesar y verificar facturas y pagos de clientes.
- Resolver consultas relacionadas con facturación y pagos.
- Mantener registros precisos de todas las transacciones de facturación y pagos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos internos para garantizar una facturación y pagos sin problemas.
- Realizar reconciliaciones periódicas de cuentas y resolver discrepancias.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de comunicaciones claras y eficientes.
Requisitos clave:
- Experiência previa en facturación y pagos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.
- Conocimientos de Six Sigma para identificar oportunidades de mejora y aumentar la eficiencia operativa.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el procesamiento de pagos y técnicas de conciliación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones basadas en criterio y políticas establecidas.
Condiciones:
- Jornada laboral de tiempo completo lunes a viernes, 2 días de descanso.
